UCCA (Universal Conceptual Cognitive Annotation, ACL 2013) is a cross-linguistically applicable scheme for semantic and grammatical annotation.

It was developed in the Computational Linguistics Lab of the Computer Science Department of the Hebrew University by Omri Abend and Ari Rappoport. Tomer Eshet partnered in the development of the web application.
